Netflorist is the worst.

Would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order on the 3rd of August for delivery the 18th. On the 18th I received an email that they couldn't deliver for some unexplained reason. I immediately phoned them and they promised I would receive it first thing on the 19th. I never received the parcel and phoned again. I was promised it was in transit the afternoon. Parcel didn't arrive. I've been on the phone the entire morning of the 20th with promises it will arrive today. I phoned the courier company myself and they claimed it was only scheduled for delivery the 21st. So I have been **** to for days. I would like to add it was my first purchase with Netflorist. It was also my last. Worst service EVER.
