Netflorist is the WORST!!!!!

I placed an order for delivery today. I placed an order online on the 5th of June to be delivered on the 21st of June. However when i received my receipt i saw that the date was written as the 22nd of June. On the same day i called customer care to rectify this and i was told that my delivery couldn't be made over the weekend due to the delivery location. I then changed the delivery date to be the 19th of June as i didnt want my father to get his gift post Father's day.

Today is the 1st of July and no delivery has been made. I called customer care 4 times again and i have emailed 5 times, only to be told that my delivery hasn't been made due to a stock issue.

I am very annoyed and disappointed because i made this order weeks ago and i didnt receive any communication whatsoever about this delay that might only be resolved who knows when.

This is PATHETIC customer service.
