Netflorist is the worst!

This is the first time I ordered with Netflorist and it’s been terrible.

I placed an order on the 8th of August for 12th of August 2023 and no delivery took place. For residential addresses, deliveries are until 8pm. It’s 19:45pm now and all that the tracking says is that they have received my order. There’s no communication and I’m unable to even track my order. No one has contacted me either.

For a company that’s supposed to have a 4.4 star rating and that’s prices as are as high as they are, they should be providing a high quality service. And checking the reviews now, I can see I’m not the only one having such a bad experience. Just too bad that I checked the reviews after I had already placed the order.

Not only did I lose out on my money, but I have no gift either.
