Netflorist is the BIGGEST *******

Netflorist is like a *******. Advertises things they NEVER have in stock yet they have them on their website. This is the second time I ordered a personalized gift and again after placing and PAYING for the order do they come back and say "It's out of stock". They are a misleading and ************* company that robs people of their HARD EARNED MONEY. The worst is that when they have to pay you back it takes 1000YEARS!!! I will NEVER AGAIN shop with them. Utterly disgusted
