Netflorist is terrible

Order no.*** Absolutely shocking service. From a very inactive website to the extremely slow delivery which in the end missed the intended recipient in spite of me phoning the call center and them putting a note of the delivery (or so they said). The delivery only got done in the afternoon which meant that it missed the recipient and flew away from Cape Town without her flowers. Absolutely zero communication from the whatapp either, i don't know why they even have it. Would have been better oreding from Woolworths!
