Netflorist is such an inconvenience

This entire experience was exhausting. What a hassle for something that's suppose to make your life simple. 1. Website kept crashing 2. Their consultants really can't do much to help 3. Finally placed order but was skeptical cause I hadn't received a tracking order 4. Called to only find out that the order wasn't processed 5. Cancelled personalized order but proceeded with the rest cause they said it will arrive in time 6. Got an email saying it would be delayed... Imagine that, all that trouble for nothing. Now I have to run around finding gifts. I probably called them 10 times in the past 2 days. So disappointing
