NetFlorist is such a disappointment

Very bad service..

I placed and order and chose the delivery date they provided me and twice they postponed the delivery.

What a way to spoil Valentines day as the order is intended for Valentines and new delivery date they providing me is after Valentines day...

How can you advertise this option of letting the customer choose a delivery date and then you guys fail to deliver.

Very bad service and such a disappointment.
