Netflorist is ripping people off

Netflorist Is a terrible flower online shop, I have received the worst communication from this place, on the website they advised flowers when they had no stock available they did not change my delivery date, I called to speak to them they then keep me on the line for hours waiting on a resolution and I get nothing, I call back for a manager and their managers do not get back to you as they do not have a phone but they are working from home, I have no idea how to get my money back from them now. I would just like to get my money back.
