Netflorist is pathetic!

I placed an order on 7th February 2019. Paid immediately using my credit card. Delivery date 14.02.2019. My order was not delivered!!! Contact number given on app and website says this number is unobtainable. According to the app, my order is still in transit. It's now 18h02 as I type this. I hope it's not a hassle to get a refund. I advise people to avoid using netflorist by all means!
