Netflorist is overpriced with bad service

First time I decided to use Netflorist, and I must say I am very disappointed with the service: I requested the gift to be delivered the day before my wife’s birthday but due to this lockdown, I was notified this morning that they delivering my gift today, this is a problem because I’m working from now, so I called them to tell them to please deliver to my house, 4 hours later I get a call saying they at my office! I explain to the lady that I had called this morning when I got notified of the delivery today and she just said no she is not driving to my house now! Then I get an email saying gift is delivered and signed by me!!?!? How was it signed by me!? The cost of Netflorist I would have thought I would get impeccable service, but it’s not so.order ***
