NetFlorist is not truthfull!!!!!

I ordered something in December, and paid for the items but because they didn't have the item no-one bothered to call me and I ask me if I would like to change the product, I called everyday to find out when the delivery will be made and finally cancelled from frustration! then I ordered again a pot plant, the picture shows extremely different to what I ordered, they sent me a small root, I called and sent an email, they sent me again the same thing, a root, I called again and sent an email again, heard nothing thus far!! This is *****! I'm very frustrated with Netflorist, you can't lie and say that is what you will receive versus what you send!!!!
