Netflorist is just the worst!!!

Netflorist is the WORST services delivery in SA. You would think the overcharged gifts would compensate for the delivery service. But NO. Deliveries are days late, cards are not printed with messages, flowers are given half dead and delivery is always right at the end of the day if you're even lucky to get it on the day you requested.

Furthermore, writing a complaint to Netflorist is hopeless. They acknowledge your complaint with a ticket number. Instead of addressing it, an email is received saying it's been addressed and the ticket is closed when they have done NOTHING about it!

I will not be using Netflorist again. Their services just suc****
