NetFlorist is just in the habit of NOT delivering

I'm now more than ever convinced that NetFlorist is just a hyped up piece of **** that doesn't quiet deliver on its paid promise. I paid a heavy price for flowers to be delivered yesterday around 9am. I requested in the order that the flowers be delivered by 14h00. At 14h56 I received an email update that the flowers are on the way to their destination!!! Besides being already late, that was the last i heard of the follower's whereabouts. Day light *******... Sickening! This is not the first time, but I promise it's the last...
