Netflorist is ***********

I have been using Netflorist for at least 3 years and this time I have just had enough. In the time I have used them 5 of my orders have been total disasters. Anything from the flowers for a Valentine's day not being delivered(and me ordering it a week in advance) to all the chocolates being melted and deformed on arrival. But this last one was just ridiculous. I ordered a personalized box from them where the name appears on the box for my wife's birthday. They did not spell it incorrectly, its a completely different name with the card attached that I wrote.

These people are *********** and just don't care anymore. My recommendation is do not use them.
