Bad experience ive ever had!!!! Mislead by 3 agents!!!! Called this morning to find out if you guys can deliver’ ’Cerise Florals ‘’(Roses) to Mega City Mall and was told that the delivery can be done and all I should do is place the order online and make payment. After making payment, im now told that the delivery cant be done as MEGA CITY is too far!!! You guys charge a delivery fee yet you cant deliver? What kind of service is this? Im sadden and upset and I want a full refund today as I now need to make alternatives!!!!
