Netflorist is expensive, useless and ***ardly
On Wed I ordered Rosh Hashanah gifts for clients, for delivery on Thu, with time to spare for Rosh Hashanah. I received email confirmation of the orders and an SMS that the transaction had been effected, so thought all was good. When I hadn't heard from any of my clients (they usually thank me immediately upon delivery), I tried to track the order on netflorist. It wasn't there, so I called the call center. The lady told me the order was in the 'missing orders' bucket, and since it was now too late (I spoke to her 15:20) to deliver it today it would be delivered tomorrow. This is a time-sensitive order, so a 2-day delay is not on. This was quite clearly a known situation, but so you think netflorist would have a proactive process to deal with these 'missing orders'? No, of course not. Rather wait for a query before they get off their backsides.
And then offer a feeble 'apology chocolate', which is Lindt, and not kosher. Far be it for netflorist to cater for that scenario. When I asked to be escalated to a manager, I was told I could only email them. What a bunch of ***ards. Instead of facing the music and pulling their fingers out of their backsides to actually implement some service recovery, they hide behind email.
