NETFLORIST IS DREADFUL!!!

Your service is absolutely DREADFUL! I ordered a biltong cutter for Valentine's Day, but it doesn't work properly, and the chocolates I ordered were never delivered. I've sent numerous emails trying to get this issue resolved. It's been 8 MONTHS now, and there's been no progress or resolution.

What's more frustrating is that my comments on Facebook keep getting deleted, and I keep receiving the same message claiming the issue has been escalated. However, this repetitive escalation doesn't seem to be fixing the problem, and I've heard it too many times without any meaningful results. [#***] Order ***
