NETFLORIST IS DISGRACEFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL

I ordered flowers and teddies for my grandson's memorial. All to arrive a day prior to the event. The flowers arrived and the roses were not as ordered plus the incorrect ones were old roses. The personalised teddy arrived after the memorial. An e mail was send to me and when I rep**** there was no answer. Eventually today I received a letter from Netflorist. It was one of those standardised letters to guide the writer and in places where there were prompts in brackets, ie "mention customers name" ie mention the problem" nothing had been put in, this letter was sent exactly that same way. DISGRACEFUL UNCARING MONEY GRABBING COMPANY WITH SHOCKING SERVICE AND NO RIGHT TO BE ALLOWED TO SERVE A PUBLIC ESPECIALLY A MOURNING PUBLIC
