NETFLORIST IS DISAPPOINTING AND UNRELIABLE

Once again Netflorist has proved to be unreliable.. This is my 3rd unpleasant experience with them! This time my order was just never delivered despite getting a delivery confirmation at 9 19am including the name of the signatory of the delivery who does not even work for the company it was delivered to! Come 1pm I got no acknowledgement from the intended recipient so. I ask him and he never got it now he's running around looking for a delivery that does not exist! After holding for 15 mins to the call center I get told it was never delivered and there was a system error and they can deliver the next day NO Netflorist the moment has passed AGAIN!

They take ur money upon order instantly but to get a refund for their error you must wait 3 to 10 working days Other experiences include 1. Incomplete delivery and incorrect item of jewelery delivered
