NETFLORIST IS DISAPPOINTING & A *******!

They don't even deserve the 1 star rating I was forced to give now. I placed an order a week ago and for delivery to be made today and my Fiancé did not receive his gift from Netflorist today. We pay a high price for their products and we expect that kind of high service in return, but Netflorist doesn't even bother to communicate with us their paying customers about what is going on with our orders, why don't they answer their phones? It's not like they are out making deliveries on time. I will never use their service again! They are not in the business to help make memories or an occassion special but rather to take money and spoil everything and not keep to their word. Extremely disappointing!!!
