Netflorist is disappointing

I am utterly disappointed with your service or should I say lack of. You advertise items for order that are out of stock and only after making the payment am I emailed that the item is out of stock and the part of the other item ordered is also out of stock.

I have been using your services and have never been dissatisfied. But now, I would not recommend your services to anyone and I guess moving forward I would have to look to other service providers for gifts to loved ones.

Honestly you need to get your house in order, we are not ordering these gifts for the fun of it. We order these gifts for loved ones and you’re clearly not getting it.
