Netflorist is completely ***********. Do not use them ever!

Placed an order on 13th March for the 22nd March, only for them to sent me a sob story at 12:13 pm that they cannot deliver and they will do so on Monday. The person I chatted to online Adrienne said that the item was being prepared and packaged. The online tracker states that the item has been delivered! Three different versions? When I asked him what was going on, he said that it was supposed to go to City Deep and it got left behind. Left behind?? Really? Then they abruptly ended the online chat without even replying to me. Tell that Harold to give me a call because his service is putrid!
