NetFlorist is by far the worst courier company in SA

I placed an order on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. I used my banking app to do the payment. I could therefore not email proof of payment and I explained why in the email that I sent on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I received an email stating that without proof of payment I would not receive my package. I had to then go to the bank on Wednesday morning, get the proof of payment from my bank. I then e-mailed it to NetFlorist. A consultant told me the proof of payment was received and delivery would be made. On Wednesday afternoon I get another e-mail to say they don't have stock of the item (which they had stock of online which allowed me to place my order) No communication has been made with me since then about my delivery. It's now Friday afternoon and my package has not been delivered. "SA's largest same day delivery" is a hoax. Truly disappointed in their service. I would advise people to never use their services again. You might as well deliver it yourself!
