Netflorist is bad news

Terrible service everytime.. They dont deliver on time sometimes not even the same day, they dont take ownership n just blame it on the 'external couriers cos apparently they dont have ther own fleet. they spell the names incorrectly n send the incorrect messages, worst part is these idiots send a txt msg to the recipient a day before to inform them a delivery is coming to totally ruin the suprise.. I was actually blocked netflorist on fb for complaining about poor service on ther page.
