NetFlorist is Absolutely useless

Absolute lack of service. They fail to respond to or resolve customer queries. Items were not delivered as much as the website said that they were available. They charge a delivery fee for each item even if it is sent to the same address and only one delivery is made. That is just pathetic. I still have not received a resolution to my complaints and it has been more than a month since I complained. There is no recourse or resolution. They just ignore the client and hope that they go away.
