Netflorist is a waste of time and money - they do not deliver the gifts you have paid for!

Do yourself a favour and do not use Netflorist for any special occasion because all they will do is take your money and let your loved ones down. Ordered a birthday gift and paid a ridiculous amount of money for delivery (same day) and the gift still has not been delivered. They are useless and their service is absolutely appalling, yet they have the audacity to charge exceptionally high prices for gifts and delivery services, which is clearly non-existent. It would be cheaper and more effective to buy and deliver the flowers yourself! I will never use Netflorist again! I will also make sure that all my friends, family and work colleagues are aware of this situation and do not use them either.
