Netflorist is a ****. The worst.

I placed 2 order on Netflorist last week Saturday- under the same order basket (same order number). The order was to be delivered on valentines day( 14 February).

Netflorist delivered the wrong gift but with all my details on the delivery box. The actual gift and even name on the gift card are complete wrong.

I called Netflorist more then 10 times today (got my call log as evidence) to try get some help and get my gift delivered and I never got any help from all the netflorist agents I spoke too. They all promised to calm me back but not a single one did.
