Netflorist is a ****

I ordered flowers on 11 July 2019 for a Funeral that was held on 13 July 2019. I made payment via EFT and submitted the proof of payment as per process. The Saturday of the funeral they tell me nonsense that they didn't get the proof of payment whereas it was sent. The agent or whoever's even had the audacity to tell me they will deliver the flowers on Monday? Why on hell would they deliver funeral flowers after the funeral? I then re quested a refund and till to date I haven't received it. NETFLORIST IS A **** AND HAS THE WORST SERVICE. THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS
