Netflorist is a *******

I am not impressed with Netflorist. I ordered a medium sized mixed flowers bouquet, that costed R750 ex delivery. A meagre bunch of flowers was delivered. I could have bought many bunches of amazing flowers at WW that would have been far better. Sadly I really feel **********. They did not relay my thank you message with the correct bunch of flowers that I thought I have chosen.
