I am disgusted at the service received from Netflorist, on the first occasion I did not only have the item ordered delivered on the wrong date, the balloon deflated and wrapped in the most ugliest box could find!<br> Upon placing the order, they advised that the gift would come in a form of a hamper etc the cosmetics was totally off in this regard.<br> <br> On the second occasion the gift was never delivered, but the money has been paid and there has been no compensation.<br> <br> I will never ever make use of this service again and for you good people out there i trust you would learn from my experience<br> <br>
