Netflorist is a failure.

I went on their website and ordered flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend to show her how special she is on the 23/12/2020 in the afternoon and sent them an email to alert them of her knock off time. I hinted to her that she'll receive something and teased her cause I wanted to surprise her but non of that happened. The next day I waited for to call when she'll receive them but nothing was delivered, at this point I am (no words) cause I am angry as f**k. Now I want my full refund as in next week or I'll go there myself and that won't be nice.
