NetFlorist is a disgrace.!!!!!

Absolutely horrible on the 14th of all days ordered flower worth nearly R2000 payment went off straight away did not receive anything (Confirmation/Order number) Tried calling a woman answered but me on hold for a long time only to kill the phone.
