Netflorist is a disgrace!

My boyfriend ordered products to the value of just over R900.00. We requested for the order to be delivered at 3pm today 10/07/2020. However the order arrived at 5pm! What is the point of ordering something special for a loved one only for them to receive it at the end of the day? The day is no longer special! What a waste of money. The roses that were ordered was suppose to be healthy red roses, the roses I received were eaten by insects as well as black around the tips of the roses from not having water for a long time. I really wish that they will learn to work according to their clients times and not their operation times. No all comapanies or people work or stay at work that's suitable for Netflorist. This was really a disgrace and disappointment.
