Net florist randomly reached out to me saying I have a surprise on the way. I was so happy, as I thought maybe it was a gift purchased from a loved one as I just lost my mother early Monday morning. It's been a run around, I keep being told it's on the way and it will be delivered today. Upon sharing feedback to the team they ignored me and never responded.
