Netflorist is a BIG NO NO

Not happy at all, I noticed that there was a mistake on the note that needs to go with the gift. After trying to phone them with no answer and emails to change the mistake also no response since 8am this morning. Now after 8 pm they reply and can't do anything because the card is already done. So disappointed!!!!
