Netflorist ****ing valentines day

I have been using netflorist for over 4 years, every delivery was prompt and on time. Here i stand on valentines day, outside of my work, which closes at 16:00 with nothing to give my girlfriend. Received an message before 8 this morning saying delivery ia ons its way. Called the call centre, answered after 10min ringing, promised deliver before 16:00. This is completely unacceptable from such a large company in the market.
