Netflorist ***********, what a joke!!!

I am utterly disappointed at your service. I ordered two bunch of flowers from Netflorist in the morning on Friday the 22nd Feb 2019 (One for myself and one bunch as a gift for a friend.) The whole day you kept on sending me emails that the delivery is on its way, till I left the office around 5 after calling your call centre twice.

The flowers arrive 3 days later (Monday) but wait, only one bunch arrived without the other. You are ***********!!! and promise a same day delivery for flowers which you don’t meet, and this is the second time I’ve ordered a gift via your online shop and second time being disappointed and nerve wrecked waiting for the delivery.
