NETFLORIST INCOMPETENCE

Hi there

I had just the worst experience with Netflorist this weekend and will never use or recommend them to anyone.

I placed an order for a personalized travel mug for my boyfriend's birthday for the 10 July on their website. Paid for it and it was delivered has promised.

I received it on Thursday. When I opened it the printing and design was incomplete. I immediately called Netflorist which was so difficult to speak to a person. I finally got in touch with a lady by the name of Noluthando. I explained to her. She advised that the correct one will be delivered on Saturday I should send the design directly to her.I made it very clear I needed the gift for the 10 July.

On Friday I received an email that the sentence was too long. I rep**** with a shorter version.

My order was never delivered to me. I called in on Monday in panic coz I needed the gift on that. She was not at work and surprisingly enough no one in Netflorist was competent enough to advise me the current status of my order.

Up til now, she has not contacted me to apologize or even offer to still send me the correct order.

I am disgusted at how my order was treated. It is simply very clear the standards of Netflorist has definitely dropped.

They have no urgency to assist or rectify their mistakes.

NEVER WILL I USE NETFLORIST OR TEFER TO THEM Once they get your money whether your order is correct or not they don't care.

If you want to order gifts for a loved one please don't use them . They will surely mess up your special like they did for me.
