Netflorist incapable of delivering your order

I ordered flowers - at great expense - for a dear friend's 60th birthday - to be delivered on 20 Aug in Stirling Scotland. The flowers still have not been delivered. The Whatsapp chatbot just repeats the same excuses. To say that I'm furious, is an understatement.
