NetFlorist Ignoring My Order

I placed an order yesterday with NetFlorist. They provided me with account details & I paid . I then sent them my POP but till now I haven't received any confirmation or acknowledgment of my order. My emails have been going answered since yesterday. Today they sent me another email with different account details from yesterdays. This is very bad service. Now it looks like I have lost the R500 payment I made to them yesterday.
