Netflorist Huge let down!!!!!

My best friend gave birth on Monday Night. Unfortunately I too was admitted into hospital. In my desire to show her love and support and share the excitement of her first born child, I decide to send her a gift from Netflorist to be delivered Tuesday 7 June.

Wanting to be different, I chose a Cookie Bouquet. The lovely consultant who assisted me Shaakira Hollard was great and even asked if I wanted to add anything else. She understood I was in hospital and really went the extra mile to assist me by even providing her own details for me to contact her.

Needless to say despite Shaakira's efforts, my parcel has to date not been delivered and my friend is already discharged from hospital.

I called yesterday spoke to another consultant and requested to please speak to a manager as I am now concerned with the freshness of the Cookies. I was told he / she is in a meeting and will call me back....guess what I am still waiting for the manager to call me back and nobody has explained what went wrong.

Netflorist is not an online store that you shopping for yourself items of product. Its an online service - the service provided is the ability to connect with love ones when you cant. There is really no point sending a gift 2 days after a birthday or Anniverssary. And NO its not the thought that counts because people get disappointed on special occassions when they far from family and receive nothing on their birthday because Net Florist messed up.
