NetFlorist horrific service!

I ordered at least 3 times from them for important occasions like my husbands birthday and they simply did not deliver. One delivery was late and the other was cancelled without informing me before the day! I have sent several emails to call me & they simply don't bother to call. After sales service is horrific!
