Netflorist HORRIFIC Service 100% DISSATISFICATION!

Hi Cindy Petrus and net florist team,<br> <br> I am absolutely disgusted by the delivery what was done at 15:30 on the 13th of Feb,order no. *** .<br> <br> After placing my initial order on the 10th I was phoned on the 12th day before my order could be delivered to be advised that the items were out off stock thus needed place another order. Cindy how tried to assist me and after numerous phone calls back and forth I discovered the sun downer package which was cheaper than my original order, Cindy assured me that they would include items to value of initial order. Myorder eventually arrived at 15:13 although I requested it to be morning delivery which Cindy assured me as I was already inconvenienced I was absolutely disgusted to find a card box delivery with wine and 5 packets of the same nuts macadamia nuts although it stated on the website it was assorted nuts with teddy bear. Although I discussed with Cindy for chocolates, balloon and bear. The package was clearly packed for the sake of doing delivery which was evident from the arrival! <br> Please listen to my numerous voice calls to try sort out the initial mess that Netlflorist and you'll deliver pathetic box spoiling our evening!!!
