NETFLORIST - HORRIBLE SERVICE

I wish I could put a 0 here. Third order in a row they messed up, only this time they are taking 15% off MY refund and yet its all their fault. I am so horrified by the horror stories I have heard about this once bragged about company!. Will NEVER use them again, ever! Such disgusting service, if you are lucky that anyone even gets back to you! use www.giftlady.co.za instead, they are awesome and actually care about their customers.
