Netflorist has zero customer service!

DO NOT SUPPORT NETFLORIST. The are super quick to take your money, even when they don't have the product in stock. When they eventually inform you of the problem, you have to wait forever to receive your refund. They also do not keep the promise of sending you proof that the refund was done. When you call, you get placed on hold until the phone eventually cuts off. The most awful customer service I have ever received. I will never buy or recommend them ever again.
