Netflorist has Poor Service Quality

NetFlorist Last week I ordered multiple gifts to be sent for my wife as it was our anniversary. I Placed an order for 4 items and only 1 was delivered that morning. I then called to advise them what had happened, the agent apologized and placed a re-delivery. They got to my wife just in time as she was leaving the office, delivering 1 more Item. so that's now 2 out of 4 items I paid for. Service from Netflorist is disappointing and apoling. I will not trust them again in future for any special event and a word of note is that you shouldn't either, unless you set your self up for a special moment Disaster! Absolutely horrible Consumer Service.
