Netflorist has destroyed my Valentine's

Two missed deliveries for Valentine's day. Gave a time that the delivery needed to be before and they missed both.

Now we have had to cancel our plans for the afternoon as the delivery has not arrived before 12:00 as instructed.

Call centre agents don't write down addresses when given.
