NetFlorist Happy to be an Accomplice to Harassment

Was disgusted to learn that NetFlorist has no problem with being an accomplice to harassment via their services.

A psychopathic, abusive family member from whom I have been estranged has "gifts" delivered to my home address on my best for the last two years.

Both times, I was unable to refuse to sign for the delivery as the guards at the gate of my complex did so on my behalf.

I contacted NetFlorist's customer care line and was flabbergasted to find that the vague excuse of being unable to block the reciept of deliveries by a certain party is impossible "due to POPIA complaints". The attendant on the other end of the call insisted that SMSs are sent to the recipient on the day of delivery but I never received any text messages, a search of my phone to check for them produced no results, and the attendant did not suggest or confirm whether or not it was possible to check if my contact details were put down to receive any such SMSs.

What was completely unacceptable was that the attendant had nothing to say when I questioned what would happen if I was a victim of physical/***ual abuse or had a protection order against this aggravating party.
