they are very unprofessional the call centre agents we have order a hamper and when we got the Hamper it was the wrong items and not to mention the hamper good we could have bought it at any PNP for much cheaper the amount of money that we have spend for something so small, we asked for them to come and fetched the packaged and refund us, we have been struggling to get our refund back the driver only arrives after business hours when we are already at home the call centre Nico Khoza promises every time that the driver will come and pick up early morning and then they will do a refund. its very unprofessional, they are quick to take your money and send you hampers that does not look anything like in the photos
