Netflorist: Great Service!

My most grateful thanks to Netflorist who provided outstanding service earlier this week. I ordered a chocolate birthday cake for an elderly woman who was tutning 87 ... and you have no idea how much pleasure this has given her! She tells me it was freshly baked, beautifully iced and absolutely delicious and she received wonderful compliments from her friends with whom she shared it! She commented on the beautiful packaging and said she had never seen anything like it!<br> <br> In addition, Netflorist more than went the extra mile, confirming my order by sms, and then keeping me updated with smses on the day of delivery - when it left their depot, and when it had been received and signed for. This was amazing service and a great extra that they now offer.<br> <br> Last year I sent flowers to the same person through Netflorist and unfortunately so many things went wrong that I vowed never to use them again. It was a comedy of errors! However, I decided to give them another try and thought that a cake might be a good idea, which it was!<br> <br> Thank you Netflorist, for a hassle-free experience, and for bringing so much joy on my behalf to an 87 year old woman to whom this meant so much!
